100 Days with Mr. Arrogant is a South Korean romantic comedy film released in 2004. The movie follows the story of a high school girl named Ha-Young (played by Ha Ji-Won) who owes a debt of three million won to a group of loan sharks. To pay off the debt, she decides to sell her most prized possession, a Scooter, which is her means of transportation. However, she is scammed by a guy who takes the scooter and never pays her the money.

Ha-Young is desperate for money, and her only hope is her ex-boyfriend, who lives in Seoul. She goes to Seoul to ask for help from her ex, but he refuses to help her. After wandering the streets, she sees a flyer offering rewards for lost dogs, and she happens to find a lost dog, who belongs to a rich and spoiled teenager named Kang-joon (played by Jae-won Kim).

Kang-joon is known for his arrogance and inconsiderate behavior. He doesn't care about anything or anyone, and his parents' wealth has made him even more conceited. When Ha-Young brings back his lost dog, she demands a reward of three million won, which is the exact amount she owes the loan sharks. Kang-joon refuses to pay the amount, saying it's too much for just finding a lost dog.

Ha-Young, desperate and angry, takes a vase and damages Kang-joon's prized possession, his car. Kang-joon, furious at her actions, demands that she pay for the damage or pay him back for his lost dog. Ha-Young, not being able to afford the amount, ends up agreeing to become his personal slave for 100 days.

The movie follows the progression of the story as Ha-Young is plunged into a world of luxury and privilege that is completely different from her own. Kang-joon forces her to do menial tasks for him, such as laundry, cooking, and cleaning. She endures his endless taunts, insults and childish pranks, meanwhile, his friends and classmates watch the whole show. However, as their days together go by, they begin to learn each other's true personalities, and Kang-joon starts to soften and show a more compassionate side of himself.

Ha-Young also develops feelings for Kang-joon, even though she tries to ignore them. However, her time with him is limited, and she knows that they will eventually separate, and she will have to go back to her life again.

The film is a classic example of the "opposites attract" trope, where two people who seem to have nothing in common, find themselves falling for each other. There are numerous funny moments throughout the movie, and the romantic scenes are heartwarming and sweet, without being overly cheesy. The movie primarily focuses on the development of the relationship between the two main characters, and how they change and evolve as they spend time with each other. The supporting cast of the film is also great, particularly Tae-Hyun Jin, who plays Ha-Young's ex-boyfriend, and provides a sub-plot to the main story.

One of the best aspects of the movie is the character development of the two leads. Kang-joon starts off as a typical arrogant, rich boy, who only cares about himself, but as the movie progresses, he learns to show compassion and empathy to others. Ha-Young, on the other hand, overcomes her initial fear and reluctance to interact with Kang-joon, and shows herself to be a smart and strong-willed woman who can stand up for herself.

Overall, 100 Days with Mr. Arrogant is a charming and delightful romantic comedy that will make you laugh, cry and root for the characters. It is a joy to watch the two leads fall in love, and it's always heartwarming to see how people change and grow when they are around someone they care about. The movie is a testament to the power of human connections, and how even the most unlikely people can find a way to bond and connect.
