Yoon-ju was repeatedly subjected to psychological and physical abuse, and her stepmother would force her to eat until she threw up. These traumatic events have left a deep scar on Yoon-ju's mind, and she carries the baggage of her past into her present.

As the movie progresses, the psychological states of the two women become increasingly unstable. Their conversations become tense and uncomfortable, and they start to suspect each other of harboring dark secrets. The movie expertly uses tension and suspense to create an eerie atmosphere, where the audience feels on edge, waiting for something to happen.
