5, 6, 7, 8 is an American documentary film that centers around an elite all-girls dance company called Nova Jazz. The dancers are from Bedford Hills, New York and work out of The Pulse Performing Arts Studio. The girls range from 10-18-years-old. The school director hand-picks from the 500 girls in the school to join the elite dance team. The team performs at places such as Six Flags, dance festivals, the Cherry Blossom Parade in Washington, DC, and more. This documentary follows a year in the lives of these elite dancers to see what it takes to make it.
