A Year Without Love is an Argentinian drama film. The film follows the life of a dying writer named Pablo who has contracted AIDS. The film takes place in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Pablo searches for a cure during his last remaining year of life. He also searches for love, but is unable to find it. As his time winds down Pablo begins to take an increasingly dark turn and begins looking for sex in the nightclubs of Buenos Aires. As Pablo's last remaining year winds down his book called a Year Without Love is published which chronicles his last year of life. A Year Without Love debuted in 2005.
