This is a thrilling horror movie about a killer who has been released. He served ten years for killing a woman. Now that he is out on the streets, he wants to start killing again. When he murdered an older woman, a man was sent to prison. After only ten years, he has been released. He feels the need to kill again, and he tries to murder a cab driver. When that fails, he runs before he can be caught.

He leaves the city and finds a small house in the local countryside. A woman lives there, and she takes care of her elderly mother and brother. Both are ill and disabled. The man knows he has found his new home.
