Assassin's Bullet is a 2012 action thriller film, directed by Isaac Florentine, and starring Christian Slater, Donald Sutherland, and Elika Portnoy. The movie follows Robert Diggs, a former Special Ops sniper who is now a private detective living in Bulgaria. When the American ambassador in Sofia is killed in a terrorist attack, Diggs is hired to investigate the case. His investigation leads him to a mysterious woman named Ali and a network of conspiracy that threatens to destroy the region.

The film opens with the assassination of the American ambassador to Bulgaria. The killers are dressed as policemen and are able to escape without being identified. The news of the assassination sends shockwaves in the embassy and in Washington. The American government sends a team of investigators to Sofia led by FBI agent Jack Crawford (Slater). In Sofia, Crawford meets with Diggs (Sutherland), a former Special Ops sniper now working as a private detective. Crawford hires Diggs to assist the investigation. Diggs is reluctant to accept at first, but he is persuaded by the promise of a substantial sum of money.

Diggs begins his investigation by examining the crime scene. He discovers a bullet that does not match any of the guns used by the terrorists. Diggs believes that this is the work of a highly skilled assassin. He meets with the Bulgarian police detective who is assigned to the case. The detective warns Diggs that he is not welcome in his investigation and that he should stay out of it. Diggs is undeterred and continues his investigation.

Diggs finds a lead when he meets a young woman named Ali (Portnoy), who appears to have information about the assassination. Ali is a mysterious figure and seems to appear and disappear at will. Diggs follows her but is unable to keep up. Ali eventually makes contact with Diggs and tells him that she knows who the assassin is. She takes Diggs to a secret location where he meets the assassin.

The assassin tells Diggs that the assassination was part of a larger conspiracy involving the US government. He tells Diggs that the American ambassador was killed because he was about to reveal the truth about covert operations and illegal arms deals in the region. Diggs is shocked by this revelation and decides to investigate further.

Diggs enlists the help of Crawford and they team up to investigate the conspiracy. They uncover evidence of corruption and betrayal at the highest levels of government. They discover that the assassination was a cover-up for a larger operation involving the smuggling of weapons to terrorist groups in the region. Diggs and Crawford are determined to stop the plot and bring the conspirators to justice.

Assassin's Bullet is a fast-paced action thriller that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats. The film is well-directed with excellent performances from the cast. Christian Slater delivers a solid performance as the FBI agent, and Donald Sutherland is outstanding as the seasoned detective. Elika Portnoy, in the role of Ali, brings a touch of mystery to the film.
