Bedwin Hacker is a French film released in 2003, directed by Nadia El Fani. The movie tells the story of a young Tunisian hacker named Malek (Tomer Sisley), who comes from a Bedouin tribe and is living in the slums of Tunis. He dreams of finding a way out of his poverty-stricken life and escaping to France, but he doesn't have the money to make the trip.

Malek's talents as a hacker give him the idea to start stealing credit card numbers from wealthy French people, with the help of his two friends, Arezki (Naceur Ouerdane) and Meriem (Sonia Hamza). They use the stolen money to fund Malek's dream of going to France, but things quickly spiral out of control as they get deeper and deeper into the world of cybercrime.

Their hacking activities draw the attention of the police, led by Inspector Zineb (Muriel Solvay), who is determined to catch the trio and bring them to justice. Meanwhile, Malek's plan to go to France is complicated by the fact that he has fallen in love with a French exchange student named Laura (Marion Cotillard), who is oblivious to his true intentions.

As Malek continues to steal from French citizens, he begins to question whether his actions are worth the potential consequences. He starts to feel guilty for the harm he is causing to innocent people and realizes that his actions are not only illegal but also deeply unethical. His friends try to convince him to keep going with their scheme, but Malek begins to have doubts about their venture.

The film explores themes of poverty, desperation, morality, and the consequences of greed. Despite the fact that the movie centers around criminal activities, the director presents the characters in a sympathetic light. She shows the audience that Malek's actions stem from his desperate desire to improve his life and escape the poverty and hopelessness of his circumstances.

The actors deliver excellent performances, particularly Tomer Sisley in the lead role. He effectively conveys Malek's inner turmoil and his internal struggle with the consequences of his actions. Sonia Hamza also shines as Meriem, the disenchanted young woman who takes part in the scheme, but who also has her own dreams of escaping Tunisia.

The cinematography is beautiful, showcasing the stark contrasts between the chaotic, poverty-stricken neighborhoods of Tunis and the pristine, high-end shopping districts of Paris. The director adds to the film's dreamlike quality by using saturated colors and surreal imagery.

Overall, Bedwin Hacker is a compelling film that offers a unique perspective on the world of cybercrime. The movie's examination of the inner lives of its characters and their motivations gives the audience insight into a world that is rarely explored on film, and makes for an engaging viewing experience.
