Belle's Magical World is a Disney animated movie released in 1998. It is part of the Beauty and the Beast franchise and takes place during the time when Belle lived in the Beast's castle. The movie consists of three stories that are loosely connected and can be watched independently of each other. The first story, called "The Perfect Word", focuses on Belle's difficulty with finding the right words to express herself. She starts to write a book but soon realizes that her words don't convey what she truly means. Meanwhile, the castle's enchanted objects are up to some mischief and accidentally cause the Beast to lose his temper, making everyone afraid of him. Belle decides to use her writing skills to find a way to calm him down and restore peace to the castle.

The second story, "Fifi's Folly", centers around Fifi, the castle's feather duster, and her desire to be more than just a household object. She feels unappreciated and neglected by Lumiere, the castle's candelabra, and decides to leave him for a handsome fencer named Avenant. However, her new life turns out to be less glamorous than she anticipated, and she soon realizes that Lumiere truly cares for her.

The third and final story, "Broken Wing", focuses on Belle's relationship with a wild bird named Webster. Webster is injured and needs a safe place to recover, so Belle takes him in and cares for him. However, the other animals in the castle are not as welcoming and start to tease him for being different. Belle helps Webster regain his confidence and teaches the other animals to embrace their differences.

Throughout the movie, we see the dynamic between Belle and the Beast evolve as they learn to understand and respect each other's differences. We also get to see more of the castle's enchanted objects and their personalities. The voice acting is top-notch, with Paige O'Hara and Robby Benson reprising their roles as Belle and the Beast, respectively. Jeff Bennett and Jim Cummings also do an excellent job voicing Lumiere and Webster, respectively.

The animation in Belle's Magical World is not as impressive as in the original Beauty and the Beast movie, but it still has its charm. The colors are vibrant, and the character designs are consistent with the original movie. The music is also enjoyable, with Alan Menken and Howard Ashman's iconic songs from the original movie returning in some capacity.

Overall, Belle's Magical World is a fun and wholesome Disney movie that will appeal to fans of the Beauty and the Beast franchise. The stories are simple but enjoyable, and the characters are lovable. It's not as groundbreaking as the original movie, but it's still a worthy addition to the canon.

Belle's Magical World is a 2003 animated movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 10 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.2.
