Bibar is a Bengali language crime thriller movie released in 2006. The film is directed by Subhrajit Mitra and produced by Cine Blitz Production. The film has an intense plot that has been presented in a subtle yet engaging manner. The pace of the movie is perfect, with no unnecessary dragging of the story. The cast has done justice to their roles and have delivered a believable and honest performance.

Rita Bhimani's performance as Jayanti is noteworthy, where she has effectively portrayed the character of a strong and independent woman trying to make a name for herself.
