Big Money Rustlas is a 2010 American western comedy film following the story of a small town in the western United States in the 1800s. The movie was directed by Paul Andresen and starring the Insane Clown Posse (Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope) with supporting roles from Jamie Madrox, Boondox, and Blaze Ya Dead Homie. The film production was aimed at being an affectionate tribute to the Spaghetti Western genre of the 1960s.

The film is set in the Old West, and the story focuses on Sheriff Sugar Wolf (Violent J) and his deputy, Deputy AJ Janowitz (Shaggy 2 Dope). They are the protectors of their town of Mud Bug, and they are tasked with taking down the notorious Big Baby Chips (Mark Jury), who is a notorious criminal and leader of the gang of bank robbers that operate in the area. Sugar Wolf and AJ are not your typical western lawmen; they are constantly scheming, promoting their corrupted form of justice, and partying.

Big Money Rustlas is a prequel to the 2000 movie Big Money Hustlas. The movie follows the same tone and humor as its predecessor with numerous pop culture references and fourth-wall-breaking moments. In the beginning, we see a group of cowboys robbing a bank and getting into an altercation with Sugar Wolf and AJ. The two lawmen are left without jurisdiction over the town, and they decide to hit the road to search for work in greener pastures. They begin their journey at the suggestion of their government official contact Snickersnee (Tony Borcherding) who advises them to seek help from a wealthy man known as Big Baby Chips.

The hilarious and wild adventures of Sugar Wolf and Deputy AJ take them on a journey to the nearby town of Mortville where they meet a colorful cast of characters. Along the way, they meet various villains, such as Dusty Poot, who manages a brothel, and the Masked Assassins who are determined to kill Sugar Wolf. They also discover that Big Baby Chips is behind the bank robberies and is in cahoots with the town's corrupt government and Sheriff Stankbone (Otis "Dirty" Martin), who, of course, is a ball of stank.

As the story progresses, we see Sugar Wolf and AJ becoming more and more immersed in the complex web of deceit surrounding the town. Deep down, they still possess strong emotions, and they uncover their emotional past during their quest for justice. They also discover that the good-natured people of Mud Bug are in harm's way and their help will be needed once again.

The Insane Clown Posse's signature dark humor is evident throughout Big Money Rustlas, despite the western theme. The characters engage in some insane yet hilarious actions, such as Deputy AJ's haunted wagon and Sheriff Sugar Wolf's brawl inside a brothel. Additionally, the film's soundtrack is filled with ICP's shock rap music, which compliments the overall aggressive style of the movie.

Ultimately, Big Money Rustlas is an amusing and quirky film that wears its inappropriate humor on its sleeve. Although the plot is thin and focuses on style over substance, it nevertheless delivers a nostalgic nod to the spaghetti western films of the past, while also showcasing the unconventional humor and music of Insane Clown Posse. Fans of ICP's music and Big Money Hustlas will be entertained by this movie, while western fans who aren't fans of such Gothic and violent music may be put off by the presentation. Nonetheless, it's a wacky, wild ride with plenty of laughs and memorable moments that entertain ICP fans with a western twist.

Big Money Rustlas is a 2009 action movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 35 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 3.9.
