Martin Lawrence stars as FBI agent Malcolm Turner in "Big Momma's House 2," the sequel to the hit 2000 comedy "Big Momma's House." This time around, Malcolm goes undercover as the titular character, an elderly woman named Big Momma, to investigate a potentially dangerous case involving a national security threat. The film begins with Malcolm trying to balance his job as an FBI agent with his duties as a new father to his infant son. When a colleague he had recommended for a job at the FBI is suspected of stealing valuable information, Malcolm is tasked with finding out if his friend is really guilty. To do this, he must go undercover and get close to the suspect's family.

Malcolm decides to once again become Big Momma, the no-nonsense Southern matriarch he portrayed in the first movie. With the help of his partner, Agent Kevin Keneally (played by Zachary Levi), Malcolm sets out to infiltrate the family's home, posing as a nanny to care for the suspect's three children.

As Big Momma, Malcolm finds himself struggling to keep up with the demands of the job while also dealing with the children's antics. He also finds himself attracted to the kids' mother, Leah Fuller (played by Emily Procter), a no-nonsense Working mother who is suspicious of Big Momma from the start.

As the investigation unfolds, Malcolm discovers that the theft of national security information is only the beginning of a larger plot involving a group of dangerous individuals. With the help of the Fuller family, Malcolm must stop the criminals before it's too late.

Aside from Martin Lawrence's signature humor and physical comedy, "Big Momma's House 2" also features a talented supporting cast. Emily Procter shines as Leah, the working mother who can hold her own against Malcolm's antics. Nia Long also makes an appearance as Sherri, Malcolm's ex-girlfriend and the mother of his child, adding another layer of conflict to the already complicated situation.

The movie also features several funny and endearing moments, particularly those involving Malcolm bonding with the Fuller children. As Big Momma, Malcolm is able to impart invaluable lessons to the kids on everything from manners to dealing with bullies.

Overall, "Big Momma's House 2" delivers exactly what audiences expect from a Martin Lawrence comedy. It's silly, heartwarming, and full of laughs, making it a worthy sequel to the original film.

Big Momma's House 2 is a 2006 comedy with a runtime of 1 hour and 39 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 4.8 and a MetaScore of 34.
