Bionicle 3: Web of Shadows is a 2005 animated film and the third entry in the Bionicle franchise. The movie is directed by David Molina and Terry Shakespeare and features the voice talents of Christopher Gaze, Brian Drummond, Trevor Devall, and Paul Dobson. The story follows the Toa Metru, a team of six heroic beings who possess elemental powers that allow them to control different aspects of nature. They are on a quest to save their home island of Mata Nui, which has been overtaken by the evil Makuta. In the previous film, the Toa Metru were able to defeat Makuta and save their island, but in doing so, they accidentally transported themselves to another realm called Metru Nui.

The movie begins with the Toa Metru realizing that their new home is a city made entirely of machinery and inhabited by robotic beings called Matoran. The Toa Metru are tasked with protecting the Matoran from various threats, including a new enemy named Sidorak and his army of spider-like creatures called Visorak.

As the Toa Metru work to defend the Matoran, they discover a plot involving a mysterious figure known as The Shadowed One, who is attempting to create a new, more powerful creature known as a Krahkaan. The Toa Metru must work together to stop The Shadowed One and his minions before they are able to complete their plan and unleash the powerful beast upon the world.

Throughout the film, the Toa Metru face a number of challenges and obstacles, both physical and emotional. They must learn to work together and trust each other in order to overcome their enemies and save the Matoran. Along the way, they also learn more about their own origins and powers.
