Blood Waters of Dr. Z is a movie about a mad scientist on a mission. The mad scientist is obsessed with the idea of turning humanity into a race of fish people. His self experimentation turns him into an aquatic monster named Zaat. Under his new identity of Zaat, he wanders in search of a bride. No woman is safe from the eyes of Zaat. After an initial failed attempt to create a fish-woman bride, he decides on a new target. It's up to a ragtag team led by the local sheriff to track down Zaat. But can they do so before the mutated fish wrecks havoc on the town?
