Set in the criminal underworld of Los Angeles, Bloodfist IV: Die Trying is a 1992 martial arts action film that follows the journey of Jake Raye (Don Wilson), a talented kickboxer who is falsely accused of murder and sent to prison. Refusing to accept his wrongful conviction, Jake fights to clear his name and bring those responsible for framing him to justice.

As Jake enters the prison, he quickly learns that he must use his fighting skills to protect himself against the brutal and unforgiving inmates. The prisoners, led by a cruel and sadistic warden, use Jake as a pawn in their bloody games, forcing him to fight in illegal matches against other prisoners. However, Jake refuses to be their puppet and instead focuses on preparing for his eventual release and seeking revenge against those who put him in prison.

With the help of Amanda (Amanda Wyss), a sympathetic prison guard, Jake begins to uncover a web of corruption and deceit that reaches far beyond the prison walls. His investigation leads him to the shadowy figure known only as "The Director," who is behind the false evidence used to frame Jake. Catya Sassoon plays the role of "Marika," a fierce assassin sent to eliminate Jake and silence him forever.

Jake's quest for vengeance leads him into a deadly game of cat and mouse, as he must face off against Marika and her team of killers, the prison's toughest inmates, as well as the corrupt officials who put him behind bars. Along the way, he teams up with Nick Alexander (Kale Browne), a former CIA agent now working as a private investigator, who helps him gather evidence against The Director.

As the tension mounts and the body count rises, Jake realizes that he must use all of his fighting skills and inner strength if he hopes to clear his name and take down the corrupt network of individuals involved in his frame-up.

Bloodfist IV: Die Trying is a high-octane action film that showcases Don Wilson's impressive martial arts skills. Wilson, a former World Kickboxing Champion, brings authenticity to the fight scenes, which are choreographed in a gritty and realistic style. The film also features strong supporting performances, particularly from Sassoon and Wyss, who bring depth to their respective roles as an assassin and prison guard with a conscience.

While the plot may be predictable at times, the film's strength lies in its fast-paced action sequences, which keep the audience engaged and entertained. The film also touches on themes of loyalty, betrayal, and redemption, as well as the struggles faced by those wrongfully accused and imprisoned.

Overall, Bloodfist IV: Die Trying is a solid entry in the Bloodfist franchise, delivering plenty of martial arts action and a compelling story that keeps the audience on the edge of their seats.
