Watch Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever

The water that seems to turn everyone into lunatics is back for a second round. This time, it makes an appearance at a high school prom. It all begins when the flesh-eating water is taken into the prom in a bottle. Someone pours the water into the punch, and after that, it's a horrific scene of blood and gore. Paul finally makes it out of the woods, disfigured, only to get hit by a bus.

The creek that Paul was in is the one the water company used for its bottled water. This water is taken to the high school and other businesses. Winston, the officer from the first movie, realizes that the water is contaminated. He tries to alert others at the water plant, but the worker is killed. Watch as people die in the worst ways possible from an infection that is truly eating them alive. There could be a way to stop the virus, but some realize it too late.
