Cat vs Rat is a 1982 is a comedy kung fu movie. Two students of the same martial arts teacher argue over who is better at kung fu. They each go to their master to who tells them they are equal, but they persist with challenges and tests. Everyone they know goads them on as they continue with their antics which eventually put the emperor in a dangerous situation.
