In this New Zealand drama, Bunnie is doing drugs and stares directly at the sun during an eclipse, causing permanent blindness. Although she marries her boyfriend, recently back from a tour of duty in Vietnam, she never gets accustomed to married life and eventually disappears, taking their daughter with her. The film then fast forwards some two decades, as Bunnie seeks the help of a psychic in trying to find the daughter she has lost track of.
