This dramatic film is the story of the young Richard Miller. Stuck in the middle of Columbia, a fictional town in the land of Ozzy, he is the only man who can save the world. He knows that the world is doomed to die if he does not do what the oracle said and train himself to evolve. However, the journey is difficult because the world has changed since he first received training from his master. Jun Sui is now dead and he was the only man who knew how to teach the 3 star twister technique. Richard must find another way.
