Cougar Club is raunchy comedy movie about two hot-blooded males and their quest to bed as many older women as possible. Marshall Hogan (Warren Kole) and Spence Holmes (Jason Jurman) live together as roommates. Unfortunately, Spence's girlfriend feels that Hogan's ways are going to rub off on Spence, and she wants to get him as far away as possible. Hogan's antics include being with a professor before graduation, dirty dancing with the host's older wife, and eventually getting caught with the host's wife in a compromising position.
Because of his antics, Hogan loses his residency. Spence's father (Robin Thomas) pulls some strings and lands him and Hogan a job with a bully lawyer, Mr. Stack (Joe Mantegna). The lawyer takes advantage of the situation by making the guys do physical work and even some illegal activities. The guys are sick of being used. An opportunity arises when they are serving divorce papers to an older woman who happens to be listening to sex discussion with other women. Hogan gets the idea for the "Cougar Club." Older women can meet young men by paying a membership fee.
The idea takes off. Everything is going well until Spence sleeps with Mr. Stack's wife. Mr. Stack lets law enforcement know what is going on, and Hogan and Spence are arrested for pandering. They go their separate ways. Spence reveals to his girlfriend that he is not in love with her and leaves. He finds Hogan, and they start hanging out again.
The trial for their arrest for pandering starts, and the judge, who happens to be an older woman, demands to see Hogan and Spence in her chambers. Hogan pleads his case that he is running a legal dating establishment. The judge dismisses the case only after Spence proves that he is also running the establishment with Hogan.
