Cuando Lloran Los Valientes is a Mexican film set during the time of the Mexican Revolution. Agapito, the hero, rescues an orphaned child and plans to marry his girlfriend. Unfortunately, he runs afoul of the law and has to go into hiding. Complicating matters is a very messy romantic situation. Agapito's troublesome half-sister tries to seduce a man named Jose Luis Arteche who wants Agapito's girlfriend. The half-sister, Chavela, then announces that she's in love with Agapito.
