One day, Sujit and Prasanta meet Partha (Ranjit Mullik), a rich businessman who has just come back from London. Partha is a flamboyant guy who loves to party and have fun. He introduces them to Rudra (Sandhya Roy), a beautiful girl who is a stage artist. Partha also falls in love with Rudra, and they start seeing each other.

The four friends start spending a lot of time together, and Partha suggests that they all should go on a trip to Darjeeling.
