As a seven time winner of the NASCAR championship, he earned the name The Intimidator. However, his friends, family and even competitors knew another side of man with the swagger.

When Darrell Waltrip goes back to that moment during the final lap of the 2001 Daytona 500, we feel his elation that Mikey has just won, then the cold realization that Dale is still inside his crumpled number 3 car.
