Dead Snow is a Norwegian horror-comedy film that follows a group of friends who venture into the wilderness for a weekend of skiing and partying. However, their vacation takes a turn for the worse when they discover a group of Nazi zombies who are determined to hunt them down and kill them. The movie opens with a group of medical students who are preparing for their trip to the mountains. They pack their bags, load up the car, and set off on their journey. As they arrive at their cabin, they meet a strange local man who warns them about the dangers of the mountain and the legend of the Nazi soldiers who died there.

Despite the warning, the group sets out to have a good time. They ski, drink, and dance the night away until they are interrupted by a knock at the door. Outside, they find a stranger who is in desperate need of help. He tells them that his girlfriend has gone missing and pleads with them to help him find her.

The group splits up to search for the missing girl, but they soon discover that they are not alone in the wilderness. A pack of Nazi zombies, who were killed during World War II, have risen from their graves and are on the hunt for fresh blood.

The friends must band together to fight off the undead and survive the night. They arm themselves with ski poles, axes, and whatever else they can find, but the zombies prove to be a formidable enemy.

As the night wears on, the group dwindles in number as the zombies pick them off one by one. The survivors are forced to make desperate and gruesome choices to stay alive. They hide, they fight, and they run for their lives.

The movie is filled with gory and comedic moments that are sure to make audiences both cringe and laugh. The Nazi zombies are terrifying and grotesque, with rotting flesh and grotesque injuries. The movie cleverly blends horror and comedy and is a perfect tribute to classic horror films of the past.

The performances from the cast are excellent, with each character bringing their unique personalities and quirks to the story. Jeppe Beck Laursen stars as Martin, the hapless hero who leads the group in their fight against the zombies. His performance is both charming and funny, and he is a likable and relatable character.

Charlotte Frogner stars as Hanna, the tough and resourceful member of the group. She brings a level of toughness and tenacity to the role and is a welcome addition to the story. Jenny Skavlan plays the ditzy blonde, Liv, who is often the source of the movie's comedic moments. She is funny and charming, and her performance adds a lightness to the otherwise dark and intense story.

Overall, Dead Snow is a fun and unique horror movie that sets itself apart from other films in the genre. The movie is well-made, with impressive special effects and excellent performances from the cast. It is a must-see for fans of horror and comedy alike, and it is sure to leave audiences both scared and entertained.

Dead Snow is a 2008 horror movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 30 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.3 and a MetaScore of 61.
