Now that he has retired from the CIA, Jack Quinn (played by Jean-Claude Van Damme) is spending most of his time in, and around the pool with his wife Kathryn , who is pregnant, at his home in the south of France. Unfortunately, Stavros, (played by Mickey Rourke) the one that got away, is back on the radar and Quinn's previous bosses want him to get back in the game for one more job.
Jack has a reputation that is unmatched by any, so when he decides to oblige his peers, he has to hook up with Yaz (played by Dennis Rodman) to get suited up for the gig.
Jack is assigned a delta team to help bring down Stavros, however the task did not go the way they had planned. Quinn is expected to shoot Stavros, but refused due to the fact that there is a small child present. The fact that Quinn chose not to shoot his Nemesis would cost him the lives of his his entire delta team.
During the episode against Stavros, he escapes, and Quinn fades into unconsciousness. By the time Quinn is back in the land of the living, he finds himself in a place called "the colony" where many of his previous conquests appear to be alive and well.
The colony appears to be a prison of sorts, where residents are required to wear special tracking watches, and their locations must be known at all times. While Quinn rebuilds his stamina and gets his strength back, he catches wind of a message from Stavros, which indicates that Quinn's wife is under Stavros control.
Quinn makes plans to escape from the "colony" and just barely makes it, after which time he once again tracks down his favorite colorful arms dealer, Yaz! Hark Tsui directs this action thriller, with supporting roles by Paul Freeman as Goldsmythe, Natacha Lindinger as Kathryn Quinn and Mario Opinato as James.
