Dr. Terror's House of Horrors is a classic horror anthology film from 1965, featuring five terrifying tales told by the enigmatic Dr. Schreck (Peter Cushing) to a group of unsuspecting train passengers (Christopher Lee, Neil McCallum, Roy Castle, Alan Freeman, and Ann Bell). Each story is centered around a deck of tarot cards, used by Dr. Schreck to predict the terrifying fates that await each of the travelers.

The first story, entitled "Werewolf," follows an architect, Jim Dawson (Neil McCallum), who travels to a remote island to renovate an old mansion for a wealthy client. However, after hearing a local legend about a werewolf that prowls the island, Jim begins to experience strange and frightening occurrences that threaten to drive him to madness.

The second story, "Creeping Vine," centers on a botanist, Biff Bailey (Roy Castle), who discovers a rare plant that grows incredibly fast and feeds on blood. As the vine grows out of control, Biff and his wife (Ann Bell) must fight to stop the monstrous plant before it devours them both.

In "Voodoo," a wealthy businessman, Franklyn Marsh (Christopher Lee), becomes obsessed with a voodoo doll he buys while on vacation in the West Indies. Soon, he finds his fate inexplicably tied to that of the doll, as he suffers from excruciating pain and terrible nightmares that threaten to drive him to the brink of insanity.

The fourth tale, "Disembodied Hand," tells the story of a famed pianist, Ronald Wyatt (Christopher Lee), who loses his hand in a car accident. Desperate to regain his musical ability, he agrees to have the limb transplanted onto him from a convicted murderer. However, once he plays his first concert with the new hand, he discovers that it has a sinister mind of its own.

Finally, in "Vampire," a doctor, Bob Carroll (Donald Sutherland), moves to a small English village to open a clinic. However, when a young woman (Jennifer Jayne) in the town falls prey to a vampire, Carroll must risk everything to protect her and stop the creature before it claims more victims.

Overall, Dr. Terror's House of Horrors is a chilling and thrilling journey through the macabre imagination of writer Milton Subotsky and director Freddie Francis. With a talented cast of horror greats, including Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing, the film delivers plenty of scares and suspense throughout its five tales of terror.
