He was a dictator the likes of which were quite common in several other African countries. He would arrest people for no reason and cause unbelievable harm in the form of torture. One such man that was imprisoned in the Central African Republic is Michael Goldsmith. In this documentary Goldsmith travels back to the Central African Republic in order to gain a piece of his life back. The film is filled with interviews depicting Bokassa's associated and family.
