Electro Ghetto is based on the life of famous German rap artist Bushido. The film is based on his 2008 autobiography named Bushido. His past begins to surface while on tour after receiving a letter from his estranged father. A series of flashbacks allow him reflect on his childhood memories of domestic abuse and dealing drugs on the streets of Berlin.
Violence escalates until he finds his love for freestyle rap and the ability to cope through a video game, inspiring Anis Ferchichi to transition into Bushido.
