Fireman Sam is a children’s show that combines animation with puppetry. The show was originally created in 1986 and was recently remade in the year 2003. The show was remade by the BBC and S4C which is a British broadcaster in Wales. There are actually two versions available, one in Welsh and one in English. The Fireman Sam series will follow a number of adventures by the residents in a town known as Pontypandy which is in Wales. The town will call for a number of visits by the local fire department. The lead character is obviously Fireman Sam. He is the local fire fighting hero. The other lead characters are Elvis Criddlington and Penny Morris along with Officer Steele. The latest addition to the department is the rescue helicopter known as Wallaby One. There are a number of people in the town who will need to be rescued such as Bella Lasagne and Dilys Price. The number one person in the town who requires the most visits by the fire department is Norman Price. He is Dilys son. The other kids who require help from the local fire department include Sarah and James who are Fireman Sam’s niece and nephew. The episodes are generally wrapped around someone who is getting into trouble and the fire department coming to the rescue.

Each of the episodes will run around 10 minutes and will include the Danger, Falling Sheep episode along with Twist of Fate. The other episodes are A Real Livewire and a Bug Eyed Boy From Venus as well as Bath time for Dusty.

The ages of kids who will enjoy this movie are for preschool ages along with older children who love cartoons who help people out. The kids will enjoy the exciting adventures of Fireman Sam and will learn what to do in the event that someone might need your help. It teaches children about caring for other people along with safety precautions.
