The documentary chronicles single speed cyclists as they ride in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles. Unlike most cycling movies, this film chronicles in full detail all types of riding. The types include Velodromes, Freestyle, Street messengers, Bike Polo, Brakeless, Bike shops, and many other aspects regarding riding. From having only one gear, a lot of thrills and excitement take place.
