Benji and his dog, Waldo, dream they are back in Philadelphia on July 4, 1776. They meet Jeremiah Goodheart, who's been trusted to deliver a letter to John Adams at the Second Continental Congress. When Jeremiah loses the letter, Benji helps to find it and gets to ask Thomas Jefferson about true freedom, learning how to keep the spirit of freedom alive. Animated.
