This is a documentary that took ten years to make. It tells the story of an Israeli submarine named INS Dakar. The submarine belonged to Sea Corps, which is the equivalent of the US Navy. The submarine disappeared in 1968, the wreckage was found more than 30 years later in 1999. The submarine left it's port at Portsmouth on it's way to the coastal town of Haifa. The film chronicles the struggles of the Israeli government and family members of the crew on board to find out what happened to the Dakar. Captain Dan Manor and 68 crew members were lost.
