The 1990s was a turbulent time for many people who lived in the inner city neighborhoods all across America. This was especially true for people who resided in the hoods of Little Rock, Arkansas. Gang War: Banging in Little Rock is a documentary that was releaed in 1994 and it focused on the gang related crime that infested the city during this time period. This documentary brought to light a serious problem in Little Rock at the time that was dealt with by law enforcement. They tripled the number of police officers and nearly eliminated the gang problem in this city.
