This 1997 western was filmed in British Columbia,Canada and was directed by Larry Ferguson. Set in the late 1880s, the film centers around the infamous gunfighter Frank Morgan, played by Lance Henricksen. The character Frank Morgan has basically gone into hiding/retirement after a long career as a gunfighter. Scorned by his one true love, Linda Yarnell, played by Kay Lenz, Morgan begins his life again with a new love and has sworn off gunfighting. After a disturbing telegram he leaves his new found life and heads home to Linda Yarnell. When he arrives home he finds that Linda is a happily married woman running a local general merchantile with a beautiful daughter. Linda has asked Morgan for help to protect her husband, and out of loyalty he does as she askes. Being home though he realizes that Linda's daughter didn't lose her father in the battle of Bull Run, but that he, Frank Morgan is this beautiful young woman's father. Now Morgan tries to do right by both.
