Watch Hinokio

This film is about the story of a young boy named Satoru Iwamoto, who is paralyzed and is bonded to a wheelchair against his well. After the death of his mother, Satoru has gone through an extremely depression state that he has become reclusive. His father, Kaoru, tries to cheer him up by creating a remote-controlled robot that will be able to go to school for Satorum as well as help him interract with other kids.

Satoru decides to control the robot in his room, which is a large control terminal. He also names the robot "Hinokio" after one of his fellow classmates that he deeply admires. However, Satoru begins to relearn how to love and create new friendships thanks to his father and his friend, Jun Kudo.
