Jerome Archer is a laid-back retail bookstore manager with a secret past of being a lethal hit man. After the merciless murder of an undercover CIA agent, overzealous US Census Bureau officers need Jerome to come out of retirement and help them track down the vicious assassin that is targeting intelligence agents. Now, Jerome is faced with the choice of returning to his brutal, murderous ways, or, hit the reset button on his life and start over.
