Hitman is an 2007 action/adventure movie starring Timothy Olphant and Robert Kophner. The movie was adapted from the popular video game of the same name. Hitman follows the story of an Hitman named Agent 47 as he continues to perform assassination for numerous clients. His next assassination target is the Russian president. The client wants the assassination to be public,so the Hitman sets up an perfect assassination plan and executes it. There is one flaw though, there is a witness who can Identify the assassin and blow the client's cover. The Hitman is then ordered to kill the witness. So the Hitman begins to hunt for the witness and stop her before she can tell the government about the Hitman.
On a long winding road in Russia, the Hitman sees the alleged witness and notices that she has never seen his face before. This disturbs the Hitman and causes him to second guess the client's true intentions. Agent 47(the Hitman)'s life is now placed in danger, once a Hitman turns down an assignment then the Hitman's number is put on a hit list. He must now keep the eye witness alive as well as himself so that he can clear her name and kills those trying to kill them. On a train ride into the inner city of Russia Agent 47 runs into four more Hitman from his training academy. He fights all four and is almost beaten until he finds a metal bar. With this metal bar he begins a barrage of amazing fighting techniques that allow him to overcome the other hitmen very easily. In the end he has killed all four of them and only suffered minor injuries.
On his way to the government center with the witness, the Hitman faces his final enemy who he beats through mental manipulation and fear, in the end the witness clears her name and escapes Russia to start a new life.
