Professor Strudel is a taxidermist, he shows off his collection of an elephant, hippo, kangaroo, and gorilla. He goes on to discuss his most recent capture- Woody the Woodpecker and how he tricked the cunning bird into being captured. This short cartoon ends with Woody trying to make a run for it to avoid being stuffed like the other creatures in the taxidermist's shop.
