"Imagination" is an American film from the year of 2007 that combines live action and animated imagery. Anna and Sarah are twins, roughly 11 years of age; while both girls suffer from autism, Sarah is also blind. Dr. Reineger is a child therapist who assures the girls' parents that the twins are intelligent and high-attuned to their imagination. The girls are transferred to an institution for the purpose of study, but a pair of tragedies happen to allow the girls an escape. The film occasionally shifts to the girls' perspectives, depicted with stop-motion animation.
