The film excerpts speeches from two psychologists and interviews several survivors of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima, Japan, and asks them their thoughts regarding the use of atomic weaponry and the effects of such measures on the victims and the environment. The film received a nomination within the category of Best Documentary Short during the 56th Academy Awards.
