Jekyll and Hyde... Together Again is a 1982 comedy film that parodies Robert Louis Stevenson's 1886 novella Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The movie is directed by Jerry Belson and stars Mark Blankfield in the lead role of Dr. Daniel Jekyll, a mild-mannered doctor who discovers a powerful new drug that can separate man's good and evil natures.

The movie begins with Dr. Jekyll, a brilliant and dedicated physician who is frustrated by the limitations of modern medicine. He becomes obsessed with finding a way to separate the good and evil sides of humanity, believing that he could cure people of their worst instincts if he could only isolate the bad parts.

Jekyll begins experimenting with a new drug, which he eventually tests on himself. The drug works, and Jekyll is transformed into his evil alter ego, Mr. Hyde. Hyde is everything that Jekyll is not; he is confident, aggressive, and shameless. As the movie progresses, Jekyll continues to take the drug, switching back and forth between his two personalities, Hyde becoming more and more dominant.

As Hyde takes over, Jekyll's personal and professional life begins to suffer. His fiancée, Mary Carew (played by Bess Armstrong), is unable to deal with his split personality, and his colleagues at the hospital are wondering what is wrong with him. At the same time, Hyde becomes more and more reckless, using his newfound freedom to indulge in all manner of vices.

Despite the chaos that Hyde is causing, Jekyll is unable to resist the temptation of taking the drug. He continues to experiment with different doses and combinations, trying to perfect his formula. Eventually, he reaches a breakthrough and discovers a way to control his transformations. He creates a "super pill" that will allow him to control his personality and eliminate the risk of becoming a monster.

The movie concludes with a dramatic showdown between Jekyll/Hyde and his enemies, with Jekyll taking his final dose of the "super pill" to save the day. In the end, he is finally able to reconcile his two personalities and become whole once again.

Jekyll and Hyde... Together Again is a hilarious parody of the original novella. The movie takes a lighthearted and irreverent approach to a dark and serious story, turning it into a raunchy comedy filled with slapstick humor and outrageous gags. The special effects are campy and over-the-top, which only adds to the movie's charms.

Mark Blankfield is terrific in the lead role, bringing both charm and ridiculousness to his portrayal of Jekyll/Hyde. His performance is a perfect homage to classic comedic actors like Jerry Lewis and Peter Sellers. Bess Armstrong is also excellent as Jekyll's long-suffering fiancée, Mary. She has great chemistry with Blankfield and is a perfect foil for his wild antics.

Overall, Jekyll and Hyde... Together Again is a must-see for fans of offbeat comedies. It's a movie that will make you laugh out loud and leave you feeling good. While it may not be the most faithful adaptation of Stevenson's classic tale, it's definitely one of the most entertaining.

Jekyll and Hyde... Together Again is a 1982 comedy with a runtime of 1 hour and 27 minutes. It has received moderate reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.0.
