Kragen along with law enforcement chief Jo Biddle visit the Mayor's office and demands to reschedule a nearing town brewery festival. Unable to prove their theory that a huge snake is lurking within the woodlands where the town festival is staged to occur, the town mayor refuses. In addition to lack of evidence, the yearly brewery festival largely profits from tourists who visit the town hence the mayor cannot merely cancel or reschedule it. As a result, Biddle and Kagen have to capture the snake before it finds its next victim.
