Kiss Toledo Goodbye is a crime-comedy movie from 1999 directed by Lyndon Chubbuck. The film stars Michael Rapaport as Kevin Gower, a man who escaped from an asylum in Toledo, Ohio. He returns to Toledo to seek revenge on his former girlfriend, Karen, played by Nancy Allen, for turning him in to the authorities. Things quickly escalate when Kevin crosses paths with crime boss Tony De Salvo, played by Christopher Walken.

The film takes place in Toledo, where Kevin meets up with his brother, John (Vincent Gallo), who is a drug dealer. John fears for his life when he crosses De Salvo and enlists Kevin's help to flee the city. In return, John offers Kevin a stash of cash and the chance to take Karen with them.

As they attempt to leave Toledo, Kevin and John are pursued by law enforcement and De Salvo. They eventually meet up with Karen and her new husband, Sal (Robert Forster), who is a prominent local businessman. Sal offers the group refuge in his mansion, but Kevin quickly realizes that Sal has ties to De Salvo's organization. This revelation puts everyone in danger as they try to escape the clutches of De Salvo and his men.

One of the standout performances in the film is by Walken, who delivers his lines in a uniquely sinister way that adds to the tension and humor of the story. Rapaport also shines in his role as the unhinged Kevin, providing a mix of comedy and drama as he navigates his way through dangerous situations.

The film features plenty of action scenes, including car chases and shootouts, but it's the chemistry between the characters that really drives the story. The interactions between Kevin, John, Karen, and Sal provide some of the film's most memorable moments.

Overall, Kiss Toledo Goodbye is an entertaining crime-comedy that offers a fresh twist on the standard gangster movie. The film's quirky characters and unexpected plot twists keep the audience engaged from start to finish. Fans of Christopher Walken and Michael Rapaport will definitely enjoy their performances in this film.
