Watch Kung Fu Fighter

This Kung Fu action movie was produced in Hong Kong in 2007 but takes place in 1930s-era Shanghai, China. The protagonist, himself a martial-arts expert, goes on a quest to improve his skills through finding his father, a legendary kung-fu master, by entering the bowels of Shanghai's criminal world. Hunted by the triads, the hero and his father undergo a series of increasingly difficult and dangerous choreographed battles on the scale of the classic kung-fu movies of the golden age of cinema. At the same time, a budding love interest between the fighter and a nightclub singer will put him further at odds with the criminal enterprise that would do him in.
