Watch Law with Two Phases

Law With Two Phases is a crime thriller film done in Hong Kong that is centered around the police of that country. It is almost seen as a documentary type movie with the colors of the scenes being painted in different shades of gray. The movie is more a true to life story of the police in action in Hong Kong with the violence and social issues that crop up frequently. The story features a CID member who doesn't go by the book but depends on his own instincts to solve a situation. At the same time, he is up against another officer who is strictly by the book.
