Love, In Between is a South Korean romantic drama film directed by Jeong Yoon-soo and released in 2010. The film stars Shim Eun-gyeong, Jung Jun-ho and Shim Yi-Young in the lead roles. The movie follows the story of a young woman named So-yi (Shim Eun-gyeong) who has just graduated from art school and is struggling to find her place in the world. She moves to Seoul to pursue her dream of becoming a successful artist but struggles to make ends meet. In need of money, she takes up a job as a nude model for an art class.

One day, So-yi meets Hyun-woo (Jung Jun-ho), a middle-aged artist who is also going through a difficult phase in his life. Hyun-woo has lost his passion for painting and is not able to produce any work. So-yi poses for Hyun-woo's art class and eventually becomes his muse, reigniting his passion for painting.

As they spend more time together, Hyun-woo begins to develop feelings for So-yi, but So-yi is not interested in him romantically. She is focused on her career and is determined to make a name for herself as an artist. However, the two continue to spend time together, and their friendship begins to develop.

Meanwhile, So-yi also befriends Jin-woo (Shim Yi-Young), a woman who runs a small cafe near her apartment. Jin-woo is also an artist and is supportive of So-yi's career aspirations. The two become good friends, and Jin-woo offers So-yi a job at the cafe.

The movie explores the complex relationship between So-yi, Hyun-woo, and Jin-woo. As So-yi continues to pursue her career, she finds herself torn between her ambitions and her feelings for Hyun-woo. Hyun-woo, on the other hand, is conflicted about his feelings for So-yi, knowing that their age difference and different life goals could make a relationship between them difficult.

Love, In Between is a beautifully shot film with stunning visuals and a hauntingly beautiful soundtrack. The movie is a slow burn, with a focus on character development and the subtleties of human emotions. Shim Eun-gyeong delivers a powerful performance as So-yi, portraying the character's vulnerability and resilience with great sensitivity. Jung Jun-ho is also excellent as Hyun-woo, conveying the character's sadness and longing with subtlety and restraint.

The movie deals with themes such as love, art, and identity, and is a thoughtful exploration of the complexities of human relationships. The film also has a strong feminist message, highlighting the struggles faced by women in the arts and the importance of female solidarity.

Overall, Love, In Between is a moving and poignant film, with a strong emotional core and excellent performances from the cast. The movie is a must-watch for fans of romantic dramas and art films, and is sure to leave a lasting impression.
