Marvin the Martian is in his observatory on Mars watching the Earth when he sees a rocket launched that is heading directly for Mars. The rocket crashes into Marvin's telescope and smashes it. Bugs Bunny emerges from the rocket and tries to claim Mars for himself. Marvin is unhappy and a comic battle commences that sees Bugs transformed into a Stone Age bunny and super smart at different times by Marvin's inventions.
