Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous is a 2005 comedy film directed by John Pasquin and starring Sandra Bullock, Regina King, and William Shatner. The movie is the sequel to the highly successful 2000 film Miss Congeniality and follows the adventures of FBI agent Gracie Hart, who once again finds herself in the midst of a dangerous investigation.

The story of Miss Congeniality 2 picks up three years after the events of the first movie. Gracie Hart (Sandra Bullock) has become a celebrity in the wake of her successful undercover work at the Miss United States beauty pageant. However, her newfound fame proves to be a double-edged sword when she is unable to go undercover in another case due to her recognizability. Instead, she is assigned to a public relations role by her boss, Harry McDonald (Ernie Hudson).

Gracie's new job involves promoting the FBI's image and giving speeches at various events. However, her new position quickly becomes boring and unfulfilling. That is, until she learns that her best friend and Miss United States pageant winner, Cheryl Frazier (Heather Burns), has been kidnapped while on tour in Las Vegas. Gracie immediately springs into action, determined to help rescue her friend.

In order to go undercover and help with the investigation, Gracie enlists the help of her former pageant co-participant and now FBI agent, Sam Fuller (Regina King). Together, they travel to Las Vegas, where they team up with FBI regional director Joel Meyers (Treat Williams) and Agent Jeff Foreman (Enrique Murciano). The group of agents quickly discovers that a notorious criminal mastermind known as "The Citizen" (David Milchard) is behind the kidnapping, and things get personal when Gracie becomes a target.

The rest of the movie follows Gracie and the FBI team as they work to track down The Citizen and rescue Cheryl. Along the way, Gracie has to cope with her newfound celebrity status, which proves to be a liability when it comes to blending in with the locals in Las Vegas. She also has to deal with her attraction to Sam, who is not interested in a romantic relationship with her.

Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous features the same blend of comedy, action, and romance that made the first movie a hit. Sandra Bullock delivers another stellar performance as Gracie Hart, and is well-supported by Regina King as her partner in crime-fighting. William Shatner reprises his role as the pageant's emcee, Stan Fields, and provides some of the movie's funniest moments.

The movie also features a number of memorable action set-pieces, including a high-speed chase through the streets of Las Vegas, a daring rescue mission in a casino, and a climactic shootout at The Citizen's hideout. The film's soundtrack features an upbeat mix of popular songs, including Christina Aguilera's "Ain't No Other Man" and Bonnie Tyler's "Holding Out for a Hero".

Overall, Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous is a fun and entertaining sequel that successfully captures the spirit of the original while adding some new twists and turns to the story. Fans of the first movie will enjoy seeing the return of Gracie Hart and the rest of the characters from the Miss United States pageant, while newcomers to the series will find plenty to enjoy in this fast-paced comedy thriller.

Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous is a 2005 action movie with a runtime of 1 hour and 55 minutes. It has received mostly poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.1 and a MetaScore of 34.
