Mr. Ya Miss is a 2005 Indian comedy film directed by Antara Mali and Satchit Puranik. Starring Antara Mali, Riteish Deshmukh, and Divya Dutta in lead roles, the film tells the story of a man who dies and is reborn as a woman. The story of the film begins with Sanjay (Riteish Deshmukh), a young man who is selfish and arrogant towards women. He thinks that men are superior to women, and he treats the opposite sex very badly. One day, while Sanjay is driving his car recklessly, he meets with an accident and dies.

However, his spirit does not rest in peace, and he is reborn as a woman named Sanjana (Antara Mali). At first, Sanjana is confused about her new gender identity, but later she accepts her new form and starts to enjoy life as a woman.

Sanjana gets a job in a company where her boss Anjali (Divya Dutta) takes her under her wings. Anjali teaches Sanjana about the struggles women face in a male-dominated world, which changes Sanjana's perspective towards women.

Sanjana finds herself in several hilarious situations, with men trying to woo her and women wanting to be friends with her. She also falls in love with her colleague, Mohan (Ritesh Deshmukh), who doesn't know about her past life as Sanjay.

The film tries to show the audience the struggles that women face in their lives and the discrimination they receive from men. It also tries to make a statement on how women can excel in the corporate world despite the odds against them.

The film also tries to leave a message for men that they should respect, appreciate and treat women equally, and not to take them for granted.

The cinematography of the film is decent, with good clarity in every shot, but it's the performances of the actors that steal the show. Antara Mali nails the role of Sanjana and brings out the emotions of her character very well. Her mannerisms and body language as a woman are perfectly portrayed, and she impresses the audience with her acting. Ritesh Deshmukh also impresses as Mohan and brings out the emotions of his character well. His comic timing in this film is hilarious and unforgettable. Divya Dutta also delivers a commendable performance as Anjali and acts as the mentor to Sanjana in the film.

The music of the film is peppy and foot-tapping, with songs like 'Kyun Kisi Ko' and 'Ishq Ne Kitna' becoming very popular at the time of the release.

Overall, Mr. Ya Miss is a decent comedy film with a positive message for the audience. The film tries to tackle issues of gender bias and shows the audience how women can overcome the obstacles to excel in a male-oriented world. The lead actors deliver commendable performances, making the film worth watching.
