Fresh off his thrilling lead role run on Emmy award winning TV show "Breaking Bad", heart throb Aaron Paul stars in this edgy flick based on the racing video franchise of the same name. Over 140 million copies of "Need for Speed" racing video game have been sold and the big screen is sure to capture the excitement in the theater seats as well. The racing road has never been more dangerous than when Aaron Paul's character, Tobey, (a mechanic who crafts muscle cars for the rich and arrogant), is forced to jockey to save his name, his reputation, and his freedom. Will Tobey lose his contract with car broker Julia Bonet (Imogen Poots)? Will he be framed for a murder he is not responsible for? The race is on.
If it's action you want in a movie, this week you're being offered fast cars on the highway--as opposed to last week's swords and armor--for your action-movie consideration. In "Need for Speed," "Breaking Bad"'s Aaron Paul tries to outrun the competition in his big-screen leading role debut. Oh, and there's another new Tyler Perry comedy, too, for those of you who like your pace a little slower.
