This is a film about the memoir of a famous politician. The man known as Michel Seurat knew too much for his own good. In an attempt to rescue his political career he was going to release documents that showed the crimes that high ranking officials in the government and banks around the world had perpetrated. Instead, just before the night of the planned release, he disappeared. This film is about one detective's attempt to track him down using the details of his case.
